In-Store Try-on

You can book a try-on appointment at our boutique located in Belfield, Sydney, using our live calendar system, where you’ll be able to view all available appointment times.

A $60 try-on fee applies to all appointments. Appointments are 30 minutes and must be booked a minimum of 12 hours in advance.

Please note: Try-on appointment fees are non-refundable.

Important Information:

  • Each appointment booking is for one person trying on.
  • Our boutique is an intimate space, so we kindly ask that you bring no more than one guest with you.
  • If you would like to try on with a friend, please book a time slot where two appointments are available.
  • Each appointment runs for 30 minutes. Additional fees may apply if extra time is required.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled depending on schedule availability. The try-on fee will not be refunded.
  • To protect our garments, fake tan and heavy makeup must not be worn when attending a try-on appointment. Entry will be refused if you arrive wearing fake tan or heavy makeup, and your $60 try-on fee will not be refunded.
  • Not all styles may be available in-store at the time of your appointment due to existing hire bookings or dry cleaning. If you would like to try a specific style, we recommend checking its availability calendar prior to booking.

Postal Try-Ons

If our Sydney try-on boutique isn’t convenient for you or you’re located interstate, we offer a postal try-on service so you can try your selected piece from the comfort of your own home.

A $30 try-on fee applies for 1 dress, plus shipping costs. The try-on fee is partially redeemable towards a full event hire booking, with a $20 discount code sent to you via email.

If you select 2 dresses, a $45 try-on fee applies, plus shipping costs. You’ll receive a $35 discount code via email to use towards a full event hire booking.

Discount codes are valid for bookings made within 48 hours of returning your postal try-on.

Important Information:

  • Postal try-on service is only available Monday and Tuesday.
  • Postal try-ons must be returned the same day or next business day after delivery.
  • We recommend checking our event calendar before booking a try-on to ensure your preferred style is available for your event date.
  • If you proceed with an event booking shipping fees will be charged again.

We post the piece to you. Return the same or next business day after receiving over the counter at AUS post by 5pm.
